NIPAI - New International Performing Arts Institute is a private educational institute for performing arts, founded in 2000 and based in Berlin, Germany. The institute is located at Breite Str. 43, 13187 Berlin (Pankow district). All programmes are conducted in English and serve an international community of theatre and performing arts professionals.

NIPAI specialises in theatre directing, movement directing, physical theatre, choreography, ensemble building, mise-en-scene, and movement dramaturgy. The institute's pedagogical approach centres on psychophysical methodologies, specifically Meyerhold Biomechanics, Chekhov Psychological Gesture, and Stanislavski Physical Action. Faculty includes master teachers Sergei Ostrenko and Gennadiy Ostrenko.

The institute offers three long-form programmes: the Theatre Directing Diploma (18 months, for experienced practitioners with a Bachelor degree), the Movement Directing Diploma (18 months, for advanced movement practitioners), and the Theatre Directing Certificate (12 months, open to beginners, no degree required). All are delivered in blended/distance learning format. NIPAI also runs annual physical theatre workshops in Berlin in April and August, and shorter courses in ensemble building and choreography.
