NIPAI does not sell or rent personal data.

Use of AI-Assisted Tools

NIPAI uses AI-assisted tools to support, not replace, the work of its staff. These tools are used for:

  • assisting admissions staff in reviewing and forming an impression of application materials (such as CVs, motivation letters, video showreels, and photographs), to support the staff member's own evaluation;

  • translating and proofreading educational and administrative materials;

  • helping tutors and staff draft, check, and refine written communication and feedback to students and applicants, which staff review and finalise before sending.

 

A NIPAI staff member always makes the final decision on admissions and other matters concerning you; AI tools support that decision and do not make it independently.

NIPAI turns off the settings that would let AI providers use this data to train their models, and reviews the data protection terms of the AI tools it uses on an ongoing basis.

Advertising, Analytics and Remarketing

NIPAI may use third-party advertising and analytics services, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Meta Pixel / Meta Business Tools, and similar technologies provided by advertising partners, alongside the built-in analytics provided by Wix, our website platform.
