  • What should I consider about the covid-19 situation?
    For safety reasons, please keep the following in mind: Traveling and Quarantine: When traveling, please be aware that measures and rules implemented by governments, states, districts, travel companies, institutions, and NIPAI may change before and during the event due to the pandemic. When booking your trip, ensure that you have travel insurance that allows you to rebook or cancel with a refund for your tickets. Please consider any necessary quarantine rules. We will do our best to maintain the current schedule, but we cannot guarantee that it will proceed as planned due to COVID-19. We cannot compensate for any financial losses due to travel, quarantine, or related issues. Event Cancellation: We are committed to holding our events and will do everything possible to make them happen. However, we are dependent on the development of the pandemic. If we are unable to hold the event, we will reschedule it to other dates, suggest an alternative event or activity, or offer alternative products of the same or higher value. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel or accommodation costs, or other lost funds. Health and Safety: We ask that you stay at home and do not attend our workshops if you are feeling symptomatic or have been advised by your GP to self-isolate. If you are unable to attend, you can reschedule your participation for other dates. Please email us as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to join the workshop. We will do our best to provide a fair and supportive solution. How to Stay Informed: If there are any updates, we will inform you via the website and/or email about the latest developments before and during the event.   • What is the deadline for application?
    Registration for workshops at NIPAI is ongoing. However, there are early-bird registration deadlines. It is recommended to apply early, as the participation fee increases as the workshop dates approach.
  • How do I apply for NIPAI workshops?
    You can apply for any workshop up until the day before it starts. Please note that there are a limited number of workshop spots available, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Review the list of workshops and decide which ones you'd like to apply for. You can apply for as many workshops as you like. Many participants at NIPAI take more than three workshops. Once you've decided on the workshop and dates that suit you best, please proceed to fill out the form. Note that all starred (*) fields are mandatory. To submit your application, click "Submit." After submitting, a pop-up window will confirm if your application was successful. Once you receive this confirmation, please allow us a few days to get back to you.
  • Why do I need to apply? Can’t I just book a workshop?
    All groups at NIPAI are formed on a competitive basis. We strive to create well-matched groups for each workshop, ensuring that participants are professional and fully committed. This is why we ask you to submit your information for evaluation first.
  • I don’t have links to my work, projects, performances, etc.—can I still apply?
    Please note that it is mandatory to send us links to your previous works, projects, or performances, as this gives us important insight into your experience. If you don't have a representative video link, you can still apply, but it may be more challenging for us to grant you a spot.
  • How experienced do I have to be in order to apply?
    Every application is considered individually. We are open for advanced and professionals actors, performers, directors, dancers, choreographers. Please be clear in your application about your experience. Other than requesting a minimum age of 18 years old, we have no age limit.
  • Where can I find the discounts?
    You can stay informed about our discounts, promotions, contests, and other updates by subscribing to our newsletter. We also encourage you to follow our social media channels, where we regularly post updated information. Additionally, our blog section on the website features the latest news and announcements.   • How do I make a payment for the workshops?
    It is possible to pay by regular bank transfer or via PayPal. Contact us: info@nipai.org
  • Can I pay the fee in person upon arrival at the venue?
    It is recommended that you pay for workshops in advance.
  • What happens if I miss my payment deadline?
    Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to hold your spot in the workshop, and it may be offered to another applicant.
  • Can I apply for a scholarship?
    This year, NIPAI is offering 12 scholarships for its workshops to dancers, performers, actors, and directors from the following countries: Georgia, Belarus, Russia, China, Serbia, and Hungary. The scholarship will partially cover the participation fee for the program. Required documents to apply: Proof of citizenship and residency Two letters of recommendation A biography A video of your performance A letter of motivation (clearly stating the dates of the program you wish to join, the workshops you are interested in, and an explanation of why you cannot attend without a scholarship) All documents should be in English.   • I have been accepted to a workshop. Can I change to another workshop?
    Participants can change their workshop dates only for severe reasons. Each case is considered individually and must be supported by appropriate documentation.
  • How many people are in each workshop?
    The group size can vary from 7 to 40 people, depending on the size of the studio and the type of workshop offered. (Please also refer to our COVID-19 FAQs at the top of this list.)
  • What language are the programs held?
    All programs are held in English.
  • What happens if a workshop is canceled?
    In the event that NIPAI, the Organizer, cancels the event at its discretion, written notification will be provided to the Customer, or the information will be published through the Organizer's channels, such as social media, the website, the program webpage, and other publicly available sources. Cancellation of the program, unless due to Force Majeure, and/or without the suggestion of an alternative program, will result in a refund of the fee to the Customer. The current NIPAI Terms and Conditions apply.
  • Who covers my accommodation and travel costs?
    You are responsible for covering your own accommodation and travel costs.
  • Where do the workshops take place?
