Program Structure

Five modules, one continuous arc

From the beginning, each student selects performance material and applies course tools in practice using the Observation → Action → Analysis cycle.

Months 1–3

Foundations of the Director's Physical Thinking

Impulse, direction, and quality of action. Space as movement partner. Translating dramaturgy into movement.

Months 4–6

Composition and Space

Architecture of stage and body. Physical composition. Working with ensemble and ensemble energy.

Months 7–9

Working with the Actor & Psychophysical Approach

Physical psychology of character. Bridge between text and action. Rehearsal methods.

Months 10–12

Authorial Movement Direction

Stage language. Directorial vision as a score. Final analysis of all performance scenes.

Months 13–18

Graduation Performance

Create, stage, and document a complete movement score for a performance - including actors, rehearsal process, spatial composition, and analysis.
