The New International Performing Arts Institute (NIPAI) invites theatre-makers and movement artists from around the world to participate in a special contest celebrating two vibrant art days: World Circus Day (April 19) and International Dance Day (April 29).
This is not just a contest — it’s a tribute to the strength, creativity, and passion of performing artists everywhere. Whether you're a theatre director, dancer, actor, choreographer, or physical theatre artist, this is your chance to be recognized and supported in your artistic journey.
How to Participate
Step 1
Record and post a 30–60 second video on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn.Your video can be:
A rehearsal moment
A performance excerpt
A solo dance or physical theatre piece
A circus or movement act
👉 Be sure to tag and mention NIPAI’s official account on the platform you use and include the hashtag #NIPAI2025 in your caption.
Step 2
Fill out our short application form with:
A link to your video
A brief motivation about why you believe you should receive a scholarship
Contest Prizes
Grand Prize
A 90% scholarship for the Physical Theatre Intensive: From Training to Performance, a 3-week in-class program held from June 23 to July 13, 2025.
Three Additional Prizes
Each winner will receive a 50% scholarship for one of NIPAI’s in-class programs held throughout 2025.
