Christine Shepard
Christine Shepard is a multifaceted artist based in New York City. She grew up in Columbus, OH and moved to pursue a bachelor's degree in Commercial Dance. In school other talents and passions came to light, helping her form into the well rounded performer that she is today. Outside of performance she also teaches, choreographs and writes.

Title- “The Servant”
“The Servant” is an experimental one woman show that focuses on the perspective of a black woman working as wait staff during a live music performance. Audiences will get a glimpse at the emotional rollercoaster that many times is present within service employees, as well as dive into topics of race, identity, class and culture. There is audience interaction embedded in monologues and movement performances. The goal is to shed light and humanize a marginalized community that has for centuries been seen as one dimensional.
