International Theatre Workshop in Berlin: Reviews, Photos, and Reflections (April 2025)

From April 21 to 25, 2025, Berlin became the vibrant stage for an inspiring International Physical Theatre Workshop that brought together performers, directors, and theatre-makers from across the globe. This week-long intensive offered participants a unique opportunity to deepen their craft through hands-on acting training and directing training.

The workshop focused on physical action, ensemble work, and the connection between movement and dramatic storytelling. Participants engaged in daily sessions exploring the Ostrenko Method, known for its practical approach to physical theatre and performance creation. With guidance from experienced mentors, the group collaborated on dynamic exercises that challenged and expanded their artistic expression.
