For over 20 years, NIPAI programs have served as a gateway to the professional stage. Based on our 'learning by doing' philosophy, you will create original work from day one, moving from deep text analysis to embodied performance concepts. Each week brings new challenges, practical assignments, and personalized feedback from master practitioners.
This program treats play analysis as a director’s working instrument. You move from reading and decoding the text to building a practical staging strategy: what is happening, why it happens, what changes, and how that becomes action, rhythm, and composition in rehearsal.

If you later continue into the 18‑month Diploma, your completed module can be reviewed as part of your pathway, and tuition alignment can be discussed individually during admissions.
