Hands-On Learning
NIPAI philosophy is learning by doing. From day one, students start to create their own original works of art, completing studies with their masterstroke - Diploma Performance. In the end of NIPAI Certificate programs students can have a ready-to-go performance production project, at the the end of Diploma programs, students release this performance production at the theatre under the NIPAI's mentorship as their final exam!
In the programs offered by NIPAI, students receive hands-on immersive education from our prestigious faculty through a combination of in-class sessions, distant learning, workshops, webinars, and student-guided projects.

Flexible Studies
As our students are busy with their professional lives and need flexibility, we offer a variable study duration: from 18-months diploma program to 3-days workshop!
Students can apply for the Theatre Directing Course at any time during the year and can start the program with either the practical session or distant tasks and online seminars.
At the Blended Learning programs students complete 6 obligatory modules: 4 inClass and 2 distance.
InClass sessions are designed as one-week residential labs, including intensive practical training and discussions.
Distant learning is provided through an online platform and can be attended from around the world.
Study Project (Diploma Performance) is carried out within a student's theatre organization or theatre group.

Distant learning offers incredible flexibility with the same qualification as you would receive from the blended learning diploma or certificate course at NIPAI, and still emphasizing on a practical investigation of each topic.
Short-terms distance programs:
At NIPAI, students of the short online courses experience a transformative journey as they explore particular stages of theatre director's in preparation for production, and learn how to convert their ideas into reality from the very first day of the course.
