The Director and Ensemble Building

This course will open up special techniques for you on building a friendly environment and creative atmosphere but still being a responsible leader for the result.
Due to the limited rehearsal time and a shortage of skilled theater directors, it can be challenging to assemble a cohesive ensemble of unfamiliar performers. However, this course aims to provide specific techniques for creating a welcoming and creative atmosphere while also maintaining accountability for the final product.
