Lisa Rich has worked within the arts and education sectors for the past 15 years, with experience in theatre, facilitation and higher education. Since joining NIPAI in 2017, Lisa has worked with Learning & Development departments from a diverse range of sectors, managing client relationships and helping to develop bespoke business training programmes.
